Alexander L. Stimac

Mr. Stimac is an associate in the Baltimore office, where he concentrates his practice on defending product manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in product liability litigation at both the state and federal level, as well as asserting and defending intellectual property rights.

 

Mr. Stimac is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School (2016) and earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Virginia (2009).  While in law school, Mr. Stimac helped develop a novel surgical robot and facilitated its entry onto the market.  He clerked for the Maryland Attorney General’s Office, Department of Natural Resources, where he wrote memoranda and researched legal issues concerning Maryland natural resources law and its applicability to property, tort, and criminal law as well as conservation issues.  He also spent a summer with a boutique intellectual property firm where he drafted neo-natal pharmaceutical product patent claims.
