Thomas M. Goss

Mr. Goss is a partner with the firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, general liability defense, and insurance coverage.

Mr. Goss represents several manufacturers, contractors and suppliers of products who have been sued in litigation involving alleged exposure to asbestos, talc, mold and chemicals.  Mr. Goss is the national coordinating counsel to an international manufacturer facing claims resulting from workplace exposure to products.  In addition, Mr. Goss has defended clients against allegations of injury resulting from the use of industrial equipment, construction products, truck and automobile tires, multi-piece rims, and home and garden equipment.  In the area of commercial litigation, Mr. Goss has represented clients in the electronics manufacturing, insurance and construction industries.  He also has experience in litigation arising from commercial disputes, premises liability, vehicular accidents and intentional torts.
