Goodell DeVries Names Three New Partners and Adds Three New Associates

Goodell DeVries is pleased to announce that attorneys Janet A. Forero, Matthew D. Kohel and Shevon D. Rockett have become Partners with the firm, effective January 2016.

Ms. Forero, who is located in the firm’s Baltimore office, concentrates her practice on the representation of professionals in malpractice claims, including individual health care providers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, academic medical centers, mental health providers and dentists.

Mr. Kohel, also located in the firm’s Baltimore office, focuses on the areas of commercial and product liability litigation.  Mr. Kohel represents corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial matters, such as breach of contract, fraud, theft of trade secrets, and employment disputes.

Ms. Rockett is based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Her practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical, medical device, and other companies in complex commercial litigation matters, including single suits, collections of individual lawsuits, class actions, and multidistrict litigations.

In addition, Goodell DeVries added three new associates. Jhanelle A. Graham and Jared M. Green joined the firm’s Baltimore office, concentrating primarily on professional liability defense.  Brian M. Lands joined the Philadelphia office, where he is focusing on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
