Thomas J. Cullen, Jr. Awarded with Mass Tort Litigation Lawyer of the Year from the ACQ5 Law Awards

ACQ5 recently announced their Law Awards for 2016.  Goodell DeVries partner Thomas J. Cullen, Jr. was awarded the “Mass Tort Litigation Lawyer of the Year,” while Goodell DeVries was awarded “Leading Independent Trial Law Firm of the Year,” and “Pharmaceutical Litigation Law Firm of the Year.”

ACQ5 is a leading global news portal with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The magazine is read by senior executives at major organizations all over the world. It is intended for CEOs and CFOs as well as other corporate finance and private equity executives. ACQ5 has a circulation list of 119,000 subscribers.

Mr. Cullen has extensive experience in the areas of pharmaceutical, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. For more than 25 years, he has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial product industries taking cases to trial all across the country. He has been recognized by clients and peers for inclusion in many legal ranking directories, most notably The Best Lawyers in America and Maryland Super Lawyers. Mr. Cullen has also received The Maryland Daily Record’s Leadership in Law Award, which is earned after extensive judging on qualities of professional ethics, mentoring, and community involvement.
